A crypto wallet is a digital bank account for your cryptocurrency. It lets you store, manage, and transact with digital currencies. If you don't have one, sign up with your email and LottaHoney will automatically create one for you!

No identity verification is required. Your gameplay is tied only to your wallet address — no personal information is collected or stored.

Yes. Your account is identified solely by your crypto wallet address. LottaHoney does not record your name, address, or any personal details.

We are currently available in all countries outside of the United States that are not restricted by OFAC sanctions. Select regions may be geoblocked for compliance reasons. If you believe your region has been blocked in error, please contact support.

LottaHoney offers two types of games:

• Scratchers — instant-win scratch cards starting from 1 USDC. Reveal your result immediately after purchase.
• Prize Draw — pick five numbers and enter a shared prize pool. Winners are drawn on-chain using a verifiable random function. Ticket prices start at 1 USDC.

There are a few ways to fund your LottaHoney wallet:

• Crypto wallet (Recommended): Any USDC available in your connected wallet is instantly ready to use for play.
• QR Transfer: Transfer money from another wallet using a QR code.
• Pay with card: Access your wallet's onramp to deposit funds directly.

No minimums. LottaHoney lets you transfer any amount from your wallet and account with ease.

All winnings are automatically transferred back to your wallet after each game. You can check on the status of your tickets or scratchers in My Plays.

To withdraw to a bank account, copy your Wallet ID from the Connected page and transfer using any blockchain wallet app.

There is no withdrawal process — prize winnings are automatically sent back into your account, typically within seconds.

LottaHoney charges no platform fees for deposits or withdrawals. Standard blockchain gas fees on Base/Solana are extremely low (typically fractions of a cent) and are covered by LottaHoney for gameplay transactions.

Absolutely! At the end of each game, your winnings are transferred to your wallet in your gameplay currency.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible by design — once a game ticket is purchased and recorded on-chain, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please review your selections carefully before confirming any purchase.

If you experience a technical error that prevents a game from completing, contact support immediately.

Our blockchain prize pool uses smart contracts to ensure transparency and fairness. When you purchase a ticket, your entry is recorded on the blockchain. When the draw takes place, a verifiable random function (VRF) generates the winning numbers on-chain. The smart contract then automatically distributes the prize to the winner's wallet — no human involvement required.

Winning numbers are generated using a verifiable random function (VRF) that leverages blockchain technology to ensure complete randomness and fairness. The output is recorded on the blockchain and can be independently verified by anyone. Not even the LottaHoney team can influence or predict the outcome.

Simply reopen the game to resume where you left off. Your purchase is recorded on-chain, so it is safe even if the browser closes unexpectedly. If your balance isn't correct, contact our customer support.

Yes! You can disconnect your wallet and connect a new one at any point. Note that game history and balances are tied to each individual wallet address.

If you signed up via email and lose access to that email address, please contact LottaHoney support as soon as possible.

For accounts created with a standalone wallet (MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, etc.), your access is controlled by your wallet's seed phrase — store it securely offline and never share it with anyone, including LottaHoney staff.

Security tip: LottaHoney will never ask for your seed phrase or private key. Anyone requesting these details is attempting fraud.

Try these troubleshooting steps:

• Chrome and Safari offer the best compatibility with Web3 wallets.
• Refresh the page, then click Play Now again.
• Make sure you have the correct funds in your wallet. LottaHoney accepts USDC on Base Network and USDT on Solana.
• If you're switching between Base and Coinbase Wallet, you might see an App connection issue. A page refresh usually resolves this.
• For best results, keep only one wallet extension active at a time.
• If none of the above resolves the issue, contact customer support with your browser version and a screenshot of any error message.

MetaMask does not support in-app wallet connections on many mobile browsers. To connect your MetaMask wallet on mobile, download the MetaMask Mobile App, then open LottaHoney within MetaMask's built-in browser.

Transactions on Base usually resolve quickly, but occasional network delays can occur. If a transaction has been pending for more than five minutes, contact customer support and provide your wallet address and the approximate time of the transaction.
